Yes, bears LOVE to eat grass and it is a part of their daily diet!
Toward the end of the season when the bears have eaten down a lot of the grass in their enclosures, Susan will actually go out to the field every single day and cut or pull some for them and bring in enough for all the bears. Thank goodness there are 100 acres here, or she’d be offering to cut the neighbors lawns too. :)
The sister battle. I think Jenny borrowed Amy's clothes without asking. If you have a sister you know thats NEVER ok!

Jimbo; "I don't think so. "

I’m so bummed that this turned out so blurry, but I still had to post it, because it is ridiculously cute. Shows how happy Jenny is! :)

O'Possum My Possum! I love this video because not only does it show cute baby opossums, but you can really get an idea what their enclosure looks like. Susan has spent a tremendous amount of time creating really neat enclosures for the animals here with plenty of space and things to do. She even goes out and gathers leaves to throw on the floor for them to pick through to find bugs. She spends all her time caring for the animals here and making sure they are happy. I think it really shows in all our videos. It's a great place for an animal to wind up. And yes, these guys will all be released back into the wild eventually.
