High meat- A brief History of Fermented meat and Watch me gobble up some Rotten Liver
High Meat is Fermenting Organ like Liver or Muscle meat in a jar or in the ground, to propogate bacteria that pre-digests
the food for us making the nutrients available immediately. According to We want to live by aajonus vonderplanitz The Eskimo
call it high meat because it makes you happy when you eat it. They discovered the high energy nutrients of high meat when
they buried fish and came back months later to dig it up and feed it to their dogs, noticing the rotten fish had greatly
increased the dog packs endurance.

Fermenting Beef Liver is easy. It's best to use fresh never frozen, but I have found that previously frozen liver does
ferment. Put the Liver in a jar, leaving about half of it empty for air exchange. Then put it in a dark cupboard and give it
fresh air every 2-3 days for an hour by removing the lid and airing it out. It's best to do this outside if you don't
want your house smelling like hell, but be careful in the summer because flies will lay eggs in your jars. I usually air
my jars out in my house, but I only have one or two maximum going so it's not too bad.

Modern bacteria theory will have you wondering how its possible you could eat rotten meat without any adverse side effects.
As long as you aerate the jar every 2-3 days your bacteria wont turn anaerobic and will stay healthy, its when you deprive
bacteria of oxygen is when they become really deadly. Modern bacteria theory is incorrect on many levels, they are never
the primary cause of disease. According to aajonus vonderplanitz book recipe for living without disease: "Before the Los
Angeles County Medical Milk Commission, Dr. Marc Harmon, a dentist, stated that his medical education trained him to blame diseaseand decay on bacteria and virus. He stated that the genocide ofmicrobes has not reduced dental decay any more than it hasreduced disease in general. Disease continues to increase at anastounding rate. Science, medicine and technology have waged a horrific war against microbes, while tooth decay and other
diseases continue to overwhelm and devastate our lives. Dr.
Harmon concluded that the war against microbes is futile in
eradicating disease."

Bacteria are in our body to digest food and remove toxins . Bacteria are janitors of the body .
We are over 95% bacteria, We are bacteria the same way that you arent in traffic ,you are traffic.
E.coli is responsible for digesting the smallest food particles in our digestion system and sending those nutrients to our
cells. It's not something you want to be void of, in fact according to Aajonus Vonderplanitz being low on e.coli can lead
to health issues such as depression. According to Aajonus Vonderplanitz book We Want to Live, eating an ounce of high meat
usually relieves depression in 10-20 minutes and may last for weeks
