Today we're going to be diving into the world of beauty and asking the difficult question of what Filipinos find attractive about foreign guys. I've spoken to friends and old acquaintances for today's video about what they find so attractive about dating a foreigner.
Interestingly, there were several different answers, and it's clear that all Filipinas like different kinds of things; however, there were five points that kept coming up repeatedly, so let's take a look at the golden 5.
What Filipinas love about foreign guys -Money
Sooner or later, the topic of money came up, and it's no surprise why so many Filipinos find a guy with money attractive. Many people I asked said that it wasn't the only reason they would want to date a guy, but it's certainly a benefit. This makes sense Because think about it like this: if you were dating a Filipina and she could financially support herself, you would likely find this an attractive feature.
I also asked how much money is enough, and there were many different answers, but on average, having a monthly income of only $1000 a month was deemed as a good amount of money to be earning each month.

The average height for a Filipino man is 5 foot 4 inches, and the average height for a Filipino woman is 4 foot 10 inches. So again, it's no surprise that tallness is an attractive feature. In fact, everyone we asked said that not only was this an important factor it was also one of the first things that they noticed when meeting a guy in real life.
But here's the thing… you don't have to be super tall; as we discussed, the average height is just under 5 feet for an average Filipina. So if you have a little bit of height and a little bit of money, you are already in a great position; so what other things do Filipinos find attractive when dating foreign guys?
What Filipinas love about foreigners - light skin
The Philippines is very similar to other Asian countries when it comes to the desire for whiter skin, and therefore it's natural that many Filipinos find having light skin attractive. This, of course, is another subjective element as some Filipinos prefer the complete opposite. Most people we asked agreed that having light skin was an attractive feature.

In this scenario, he may feel a sense of anger due to fear of the unknown or any other secondary emotions the anger may be hiding.
Unfortunately, through my years of living in the Philippines, I have seen several retirees become angry because they did not get their way., Filipinos are incredibly helpful, and sometimes this can be taken for granted, and as we know, anger hides secondary emotions.

Once this has been done, the scammer typically mentions that she has no money and life is complicated, and if she had some money, all her problems would be saved, but nobody can help her, and the story continues ….
Foreign gentlemen sometimes give gifts or help financially or become an overseas sponsor, which is where a gentleman will pay each month to his “friend.”
At this point, you may be wondering where does the dating scam in Thailand come into play? The scam happens on several different levels.
The first type of scam is that the money requested is not for living but investments. Some scammers have now decided to come out and tell their victims that they are investing in an investment opportunity and they should invest with them to make a lot of money. This, of course, is not accurate information.
The next type of scam (often called the romance scam) is that the scammer is not who they say they are. Pictures and videos have been downloaded and shared, which is commonly called “catfishing.”
Even if the scammers are who they say they are and show proof, bear in mind that it’s still highly likely they are not telling the whole truth.
In some circumstances, scammers have boyfriends and husbands (who can be foreign and Thai) encouraging their girlfriends to join dating sites and convince foreigners to give them money.

Life as an expat living in Rayong comes with it unique advantages. One of the most relaxing and enjoyable events as an expat living in Rayong Thailand is walking down the beach in the evening, just as the sun is setting. If you are single, then taking a trip along the beach in the evening is often a very romantic experience.
Pattaya is perhaps one of the most well-known areas close to Rayong. However, many expats look into an area such as Rayong instead of Pattaya because Pattaya has gained the reputation of being similar to sin city (we all know why). Thus many expats choose to live in Rayong as it offers a much more relaxing lifestyle.
Life as an expat living in Rayong Thailand also comes with it a relatively modern lifestyle.
