1500W Voilamart hub motor moved to old road bike.
In this video I've moved the 1500W hub motor to the road bike.
As always with me the job turned out to be bigger than expected. I don't mention it here but I had to change the handlebars as the gears, ebrake levers and throttle wouldn't fit the old handlebars. I also swapped the tyre to the new Continental that was on the road bike. The tyre supplied with the hub motor wasn't great quality.

This is just a quick video showing how I connected a potentiometer to my ebike throttle to see if I could control the speed of the motor from a 100k ohm POT. I then disconnected the Pos from the controller and connected a battery to the POT to see what would happen. PLEASE NOTE! This is me experimenting with old cheap stuff that I don't care much about.
