I'm doing a 50-day push-up challenge where every day I will add 2 more push-ups to the series.
I'm starting from 2 and then the next day I will do 4 and so on until on the 50th day I will do 100 push-ups.
But to make also first days harder and more beneficial, I will start with more complicated push-up versions. For example, I will start with 1 hand push-ups, and with some explosive versions, then start to move to easier versions, and only at the end, I will start doing regular push-ups.
