Finally!!! Back in the NGX....in P3Dv2.2. Havent flown this sweetie since v1.4 over a YEAR AGO!!!....sorely misssed....got around the big X in the PFD. The Key is to load the NGX in a small( I suspect only Windowed mode is needed...size is not key) and WAIT in that window until the NGX is fully loaded!

...and It Worked!....but crashed in my UT SOCal KLAS environs NOT using Legacy mode...(Not sure the scenery contributed to the crash)... as I was putting the nav data into the FMC for the PE -9 test KLAS KLAX BOACH5 HEC RIVRR2 Rwy 25L....saved....then everything hung...after~5 min P3d crashed.

Soooo I reloaded in P3DV2.2 mode. I decided to load an at least 5 year old flight-"NGX in beautiful TNCM-land" (Princess Juliana St. Maartin)...used the AP a lot to do bone shaking touch and goes, then got lost..had to look at the charts for the VOR...then hand-fly it in...ohhhhhsh*t...its Rwy 18!... over the mountain!.... Do I extend and do a missed approach and bring it back around to Rwy 09 or go for 18 full stop?.
...what rush!...I knew the specs...approach.,.the controls and annunciators....the plane...but it had been over a year at the controls of my NGX.....could I do it?....watch..and ....
