This is without a doubt an escalation and is likely Ukrainian, since a Ukrainian ambassador or some state official said "The Bridge burns beautifully" and quickly deleted the tweet and i'm not really inclined to go look for it....
They are pretty much admitting it.
I've got to say that as an observer, the hits against Russia are coming in succession..
Russia will have to escalate aggressively. The hits keep coming. This perception must be pushed back. The longer Russia waits, the more time the west has to use black hat tactics against Russia and its interests and new territories.
If there is one thing the west is good at, its sabotage. Not much else mind you, but sabotage is a skill honed from the Britsh.
With each attack, Russia begins to look weak.
I count 4 losses in a row...
1) the roll back of captured cities
2) the assassination of Daria Dugin
3) nord stream 2 sabotage
4) bombing of this bridge
If Putin doesnt show some progress, the natives will soon start to get restless. Its not a good look. The west naturally will hit when you are down the most.
It doesnt pay to show weakness to the west, you will get no mercy.
These kind of actions by Ukraine show that there will be no negotiated settlement at this point. Likely nothing short of regime change will satisfy the Kremlin after this incident.

The more i dig into cannabis the more i am convinced that medicine up until 100 years ago most likely centered around cannabis and hemp and the rockefellers wiped out the traditional plant based medicine in lieu of chemical/petroleum based medicine
