【紅酒蕎頭漬】 ~ 話說我們無意中在某日式食譜中發現了『紅酒蕎頭漬』這款漬物，感覺很有趣！期後在網上搜查時發現，原來這漬物是一種頗有營養價值的健康食品，有助於醒神開胃、散瘀活血、消氣安胎、溫胃健脾、止咳祛痰！所以我們決定要挑戰一下！
除了醃製需要花點時間外 (最少兩星期)，其餘工序都非常簡單，我們將整個製作過程濃縮在這影片當中，分享給大家！歡迎大家欣賞！

After that, we searched from the internet and found out it is a kind of healthy food, which helps people invigorating their appetite, dissipate blood stasis and promote blood circulation, relieve circulation and relieve fetus, warm the stomach and strengthen the spleen, relieve cough and expectorant! That's why we would like to have a trial.
