In this class, we learn some locking dance fundamental moves: Leo Walk, Disco Step, and Camel Walk.

Practicing these footwork moves is the key to becoming a great dancer because it will build a solid foundation when you begin to learn intricate dance choreographies.
In this tutorial, we are drilling the shuffle, also known as the running man. We have 3 specific drills: (1) the running man slow for at first then faster, (2) the running man with a pivot twist, and (3) the running man with a different pivot twist. Each drill is about 1 minute long. It should be enough to build muscle memory and dance coordination. The challenge is to keep up with me throughout the entire drill in all 3 drills. If you can’t keep up at first, try again tomorrow or at a later time because building coordination takes time and patience. If you are ready, I’ll see you in the drills.
