Add one teaspoon of sugar. You will see the yeast start to eat the sugar. Add two cups of flour, one-half teaspoon of salt, one cap full of the vegetable oil, and begin to mix together. Once the mixture resembles dough, begin to knead for about 8 minutes. Once the dough is smooth, let it sit until the dough is doubled in size. This can range from 30-60 minutes depending on your room temperature. Divide the dough in half and form into loaves. Put some cooking spray on a baking sheet, and then put the loaves on the sheet. Let the loaves rest about 30 minutes until they double in size; you can preheat the oven to 450F while you are waiting on the loaves to rise. After the loaves have risen, you can put them in the oven for 16-18 minutes. Let them cool before eating.
