Shortcuts on the Road To "Mass Adoption" of Cryptocurrencies
Many cryptocurrency enthusiasts (myself included) long for the day when we will finally reach the "Mass Adoption" of cryptocurrency where average people will be able to pay for everyday goods and services with crypto. Although we may not have reached the "Mass Adoption" phase of cryptocurrency just yet, there are nevertheless many services that are making it easier for customers to pay with crypto and businesses to accept crypto. In today's post, I'll describe the difference between consumer centric crypto payment services (crypto debit cards) and business centric solutions (Bityapy/Flexa) and show how both of these services contribute to making crypto payments more accessible. #crypto #cryptocurrency #cro
Smart contracts are contracts that are automatically executed if certain conditions are met. With traditional contracts, there is always the risk that the other party will fail to hold up their end of the deal. Smart contracts solve this problem by removing counter party risk and also increase efficiency through automation. In this video, we will discuss a brief overview of what smart contracts are, how they work in cryptocurrency, and how you can get started writing smart contracts.
One of the first things that cryptocurrency beginners hear is the phrase "not your keys, not your coins" but what are cryptocurrency keys anyway? In less than two minutes, I'll teach you the basics of what cryptocurrency "keys" are and how they work.
In this video, I'll show you how your military service and veteran's preference can help you find a federal job. The most important thing to remember is that your military service has two distinct benefits. The first benefit is the ability to apply to jobs that might not be open to the general public and the ability to be hired under a special appointing authority (01:13). The second benefit is what is traditionally known as veteran's preference (04:06) which can give you a boost in the process when you are evaluated against other applicants. I'll show you how to request veteran's preference on your application (06:30) as well as how to download your VA Letter (10:45) and SF 15 (11:05). This video is not meant to be all inclusive, and does not cover every aspect of veteran's preference, but will hopefully give you a starting point for understanding the benefits available to you.
This series focuses on teaching you one video editing skill per video. In this video, we will learn how to cut out a portion of a video that we do not want. We will then put the two portions of the video back together to make a complete clip.

In contrast to other forms of payments, cryptocurrency transactions are not processed sequentially. Rather groups of transactions are bundled into "blocks" that are then processed and added to the blockchain. However, there is a finite limit to how many transactions can fit into each block on the blockchain, and competition to be included in a block leads to high fees and long wait times. Does this mean that simply increasing block size is a wonder cure that leads to lower fees and faster processing times, or are there some drawbacks to be aware of? In this video, I'll explain the basics of how blocksize works and describe why determining the "right" block size isn't an easy question. #crypto #btc #bch

Recipe and Ingredients below. Today, we will be making a single serving of homemade bread. This is the most simple loaf of bread that I know how to make and uses ingredients that are easy to find.
Ingredients
2 Cups of flour (White or 50/50 mixed with whole wheat)
1 Package of yeast
1 Cup warm water
1 Teaspoon of sugar
1 Tablespoon of vegetable oil
1/2 Teaspoon of salt
Directions
Put one cup of warm water in a bowl and add the package of yeast. Add one teaspoon of sugar. You will see the yeast start to eat the sugar. Add two cups of flour, one-half teaspoon of salt, one cap full of the vegetable oil, and begin to mix together. Once the mixture resembles dough, begin to knead for about 8 minutes.
Once the dough is smooth, let it sit until the dough is doubled in size. This can range from 30-60 minutes depending on your room temperature. Divide the dough in half and form into loaves. Put some cooking spray on a baking sheet, and then put the loaves on the sheet. Let the loaves rest about 30 minutes until they double in size; you can preheat the oven to 450F while you are waiting on the loaves to rise. After the loaves have risen, you can put them in the oven for 16-18 minutes. Let them cool before eating.
This is just a recipe that I use, so feel free to modify it as you see fit.

As a blockchain grows and develops, it sometimes needs upgraded to better fulfill its function. Sometimes, this upgrade can be implemented with very little disturbance to the network, but other times, the proposed upgrades are so controversial that they cause the blockchain to split into two separate chains. In this article, we will learn the basics about cryptocurrency forks: what they are, why they happen, and the difference between a hard and a soft fork.
