Part 3 of 3.
My brother lives in Texas, and was given a few chunks of pecan, which he passed on to me. I've roughed out a few bowls, and yesterday I decided to try a small hollow form. It's just over four inches high and wide. I used friction polish for the finish, but it didn't get as shiny as I hoped. (Could be that I was simply too impatient to apply the needed number of coats.)
