As I started to explain my position as I was never asked any question or given the opportunity to explain myself after they had followed through with the due process of investigating the laws associated with polling places. I'm holding the paper and talking which also involves moving of the non camera hand. Four of my fingers are gripping the paper leaving only my pointer finger free which the sergeant personally interpreted as pointing at him and started trying to intimidate me and assumed I was involved in an unlawful activity. As I started to explain to him that we are both equals as a man and I'm a citizen and he works to uphold the Constitution and state laws especially when that state law corresponds with an Amendment within that Constitution. Since I still was holding the page and pointed towards him in communicating as his fuse time burnt out, I believe that is why he stayed back at first, and he exploded and grab my arm twisted it back and shoved me up against the wall with his arm up against my arm. I guess he thought I was going to run or something and needed to use his combat moves to overtake his "opponent". I'm assuming they have a running bet as his buddy decided I also needed to be shoved into the side of his patrol car and kicked multiple times as he thought my legs would magically spread out more as he tightened down my cuffs. In the video, that officer is seen picking up the boy and pushing him up against the police cruiser, while appearing to push the boy's head into the cruiser. Around 2:57 p.m., officers were called to a disturbance near North 33rd and Burt streets after a caller reported four white male were outside of his apartment and refusing to leave, according to the police report. The caller told officers that the youths were asking about a "missing or stolen" iPad. According to the police report, one of the officers found six people "loitering" in the area and the officer recognized "several" from the video at the apartment. The group grew to about 10 people and one of the responding officers warned the group about trespassing. As the group began to disperse, one "purposefully" approached the officer, yelling profanity (FIRST AMENDMENT) and acting aggressively, according to the police report. The report said the boy flipped off the officer, screaming "(vulgarity) the police" and "you can't do anything to me." WYOMING, Ohio — A man is gone after being shot by police in Wyoming late Monday night. According to the Hamilton County coroner, 28-year-old Joe Frasure passed Tuesday. The cause was listed as "police involved shooting" on Wednesday morning's corner's report. In a joint statement released after the shooting, Hamilton County's sheriff and Wyoming's police chief said the officers fired their weapons after Frasure's van almost hit one of them.
