Bench workout from warm up to 455 lbs for reps
After 9 weeks of hitting heavy singles, I stalled out at 525 lbs last week.
Now for the next 3-4 weeks I will be working 2 - 4 reps with 455lbs.
I have also added 7ft olypic bar skull crushers to my assistance work for the next 3 weeks.
