Carol goes 30 days without coffee - cold turkey... This will be video #19 of 31 - day #19! Follow Carol through 30 days of no coffee after she had been drinking 2 large Tim Horton's coffees every day for a couple of years straight. In video #0 she shares what she is doing and why. In video #1 she shares how her first 24 hours went without coffee. In video #2 she shares how the severe caffeine withdrawal headaches hit her hard and took her by surprise! In video #3-6 Carol starts gaining a bit of weight, headaches continue and she is VERY tired! In video #7-8 Carol starts feeling is a little bit better and starts losing the weight that she put on in the first 6 days. In video #9-11 Carol starts feeling pretty much back to her old self again and starts losing the wieght she put on! Whoop!! In video, #12-13 Carol is back to her base-line weight and is feeling very good! In video, #14-19 Carol starts losing weight quickly, feeling awesome noticing she is requiring far less sleep.
