I've done several videos on how to get up from the ground, but I don't think I've ever addressed the question, why should you practice getting up from the ground! Today I want to talk about just that. There are a lot of benefits to practicing getting up from the ground. In fact, in cultures the regularly sit on the ground, there are far few problems of people getting stuck on the floor.
This is less of a how-to get off the floor technique video and more of a why you should practice if you're young and healthy. Let's discuss the many benefits of floor rising and sitting!
