Spiritual Medicine Digest: CHANGE Everything!
The message for this week is all about change: Humanity, Progressivity, Harmony, and Flexibility. As a young person, I was often admonished for being “inflexible”. And it was true. I hated change. I liked the predictability. It made me feel safe.
But now I’ve come full circle, and I’ve realized that being able to flow gracefully with change is one of the highest forms of consciousness in humans. Is it easy? Nope. Death, birth, endings, beginnings.
Change is happening faster and faster, many would agree.
In this week’s SMD, I break down four components of change that are important right now, and how we can achieve greater adaptability for the journey ahead.

Spring has sprung in the Northeast and for many, it means spring cleaning. I’ve never been one to commit to spring cleaning because I had too much “creating” to do. However, this year is different. Maybe it’s because I’m evolving my connection to Source. Maybe it is because I’m doing Dimensional Therapy in addition to TOLPAKAN Healing. Or maybe it is because I committed to a Dreamweaving Loom.
One thing is for sure, where I felt tons of resistance in “cleaning house”, I now feel greater ease and flow. Maybe you do too?

It was feeling stiff and uncomfortable. It was tempting to just assume this discomfort was the car, EMF, or my position sitting.
