2 weeks back training full body from the broken arm so I’m weak and I have zero endurance these last couple HIT workouts have been kicking my butt. I’m really enjoying the training and the muscle soreness. It’s adding cardio into my workout with this 100reps of hell style of training. I’m on a mission 2021 turning 50 and time to get diced.
