YouTube & Advertising - You can control the future of the internet!
We have demonetized all of InRangeTV's content on YouTube. They can keep it.
The future of the internet is in flux, and we're at one of those pivot points right now. Will we allow the "old media" to control the conversation and the information distribution paths or will we, the consumers, take control and opt for a better, more decentralized future?
The future of our this project, and ultimately the internet as whole is in your (and our) collective hands.
Karl and Ian sit down to talk about their thoughts about the first Desert Brutality:
What went right?
What went wrong?
How were the stages?
The people?
What gear did they use? How'd that go?
What about Desert Brutality 2019?

We put the recently DOD approved Sig Sauer Tango6 1-6x24 SFP LPVO against the clock, mounted on a Robinson Arms XCR-M in 308.
Let's see how this now militarily adopted and approved optic does in the field!

Safety Addendum:
COVID safety protocols were enforced throughout this match, masks, minimal attendance and social distancing. Filming segments were done with remote cameras and extended social distancing from ROs or other participants, well beyond the minimal 6 foot requirement.

The Temple of Iron - A day at the gym!
I've been asked by a number of viewers about my gym routine, so much so that I gave in and made a video about it.
While we like to focus on shooting and combatives, it's easy to ignore the likely real threats - health and diet. This video is just a little bit about what I'm trying to do to fix that part of my overall effort towards self improvement.
This isn't for everyone, but for those of you who are curious, this is for you.
If you're local to the Tucson area, check these guys out - they're a fantastic group of trainers who really work to help you attain your personal goals!

Edited to add:
The actual engagement distance in this location during the shooting segment is approximately 15 yards. Video distorts the perception of distance. You can stop with your comments about how this was too far to use a shotgun at with buckshot.
One of the most famous rivalries in Old West history is that of the Earp brothers and the "Cowboys".
Viewers of the movies "Tombstone" or "Wyatt Earp" will know the basic sequence of events, from the alley behind the OK Corral shootout to the assassination of Morgan Earp, attack on Virgil Earp, and ultimately Wyatt's Vendetta Ride.
The end of that ride culminated at the showdown between Wyatt Earp and Curly Bill Brocious.
Alas, both movies really do a very poor job of representing how that showdown actually went down.
Why does Hollywood do that, when the real story is just as interesting?
We have no idea...so we went to the site of the event to show you what really happened!
We reference a video regarding Charleston, AZ in this video, which can be viewed here:

This is a discussion video in which we address the following questions from Patreon supporter Alex V:
"I was wondering if you could address the choice by the US Army of the M1 Carbine in .30 Carbine, over a full-auto weapon like the Thompson or the grease gun, and in a new and otherwise un-used cartridge, instead of something already in production and in the supply chain.
What practical real world benefit would the .30 Carbine round offer that would offset the nightmare of getting yet another item to troops in all theaters of the war?
Why go to a semi-auto carbine, when the Russians and Germans were proving the effectiveness of full auto SMGs that could also be fired single shot from the shoulder?
While the M1 Carbine is a handy little rifle, it seems like there would have been better options available to the Americans when it was adopted."

Once you've decided to act, ACT!
This series of four "2G-ACM Manifesto II" videos will be about just that.
In part 2 we discuss goals, personal improvement and training to act decisively. While we have less to worry about in a match environment than in the real world, there's still a delay between decision and action for a lot of new shooters. That's what we discuss in this episode.
