The Untitleds | Companion Wulf | RETURNERS 2020 Game Jam
This is a playthrough of my game jam submission, "The Untitleds", with some added commentary and a brief look at some of the upcoming functions/features for future videos.
This tutorial demonstrates how to use my Social Media Buttons plugin for RPG Maker MV (updated to v1.6).
With this plugin, you can put various social media buttons (Twitter, Facebook, Google+, YouTube, and Website) on the Title Screen. You can also call a website from within the game. These will open in a new game window or new tab in your default browser.

Remember the Lost Woods forest maze in The Legend of Zelda (NES)? This is a variation on that in Smile Game Builder (Beta).
I decided to experiment with the various event commands to try and push the envelope. While its features and functions are still severely lacking, it's still possible to achieve some good event effects.

I'm live-streaming Jackson's SMILE GAME BUILDER Infinity Pack assets. Not going for game development as such, more like a review showcase.

This video, as the title suggests, is a straightforward look at using preset events and a brief overview of the events tree.
This is a very basic, quick tutorial, focusing on customizing some of the preset events, but the next set of tutorials will go into much more detail with events, starting with characters and party members.

This is a simple Map HUD for SMILE GAME BUILDER. The compass becomes available when you find and use a compass (it's turned off when you use it again). The map name is versatile and changes on new maps. Single maps can also be split into "zones". The player XY coordinates can be used for specific locations of things like treasures or other secrets.

In this tutorial, the penultimate part (for now) of the Characters & Party Members series for Smile Game Builder Tutorial, we add Eldred, who will request a random item before he'll join the party.
However, you can only have 3 other party members, so you may have to put something in place to replace existing characters. (I may cover this in a future tutorial.)

Camera Control is a new function available for Smile Game Builder. With it, you're able to use cameras to create some stunning effects, such as for cutscenes and map panning.
Also in this tutorial is a quick event setup to allow you to view conversations from the first-person perspective, switching between characters as they talk.
Other updates now available are an autorun/parallel processing setting for events (which I've shown in other tutorials) and advanced variable options.

This is a demo of a simple crafting system I've been working on for Smile Game Builder. It's simple, but has the potential to expand into something much more as time goes by.
Obviously, cooking would be done on the stovetop. And there'd be mining for ore (craftable when your Level increases) and a forge for smelting...And so on. Lots can be added!
