This journey continues on. Welcome to Part 3 of DBZ Kakarot and Gohan's Crash Course.

Basically Piccolo is training Gohan so he can use that hidden strength to use. It's not an easy journey that's for sure. Unfortunately Piccolo learns the hard way that this kid is deadly especially when he turns into a giant ape. After that, a while passes and Gohan continues his training, learning to hunt and to fend for himself to survive. But Piccolo also has to spar with Krillin, Tien and Yamcha. It's inevitable.

Part 4 is where Gohan will have to make a choice. Should he stay and train or leave to be with his mom?

Well I got to get this damn thing over with and I actually want to move on from it. Anyway we're in Day 2 and in this, Ryu Hayabusa gets access to a new bow weapon but eventually Ayane shows up with a new blade for him, courtesy of Hayate/Ein. So yeah, we venture through the desert and have to deal with a lot of tough enemies. Something to point out is that it was at this point where my laptop had the BSOD that derailed almost everything. I couldn't even back up my other files so yeah, that sucked. At least I was able to make multiple saves and took care of things within a few hours. Anyway, we continue the fight and the boss fight has you dealing with a helicopter so you'll need to constantly evade and counter when needed. It got ugly and I died a lot against it. What can ya do? We help Tora out but now it seems that World Three has decided to go a new low. One of Wily's operatives Anetta attacks a hospital that a friend of Lan's, Mamoru is undergoing an operation. Turns out Lan befriended Mamoru and it seems that he suffers from HBD, a heart condition that took Lan's brother Hub away. With World 3 attacking, this means that Mamoru is in danger. So the two get to work. They find that the LifeTree have grown roots so they need to work fast. Eventually they do after much turmoil. They soon find that a Navi's responsible: PlantMan.EXE. PlantMan belongs to Anetta, another World 3 operative. And she's doing it because she wants to rid the world of technology to preserve nature. Not realizing that she's being used by Wily. That and her attack is putting a young kid's life in danger. Bloody hell. PlantMan is no issue if you take advantage of using Desertman's attack. Filing the field with sand can help ensure that you can slow the enemy down. Plus Fire attacks can bring the pain. With Plantman deleted, Lan saves the hospital and with it Mamoru's life. The operation goes well and good news occurs. Mamoru is going to be just fine. That's a relief. We had to bring Teddy the Merchant along so Dorothea is getting a breather. So yeah, if you are wondering, this is for story reasons. Having a Merchant is needed in order to do a story arc that happens in DQ's version of New York. We leave him behind so that he story can occur and it won't end well. Trust me. Now our journey will take us West of Persistence. We head to a tower and get some neat items. Afterwards we travel to Jipang (DQ's version of Japan) and find that girls are being sacrificed to the famed Orochi aka Yamatano-no-Orochi. No, we aren't relying on the Sacred Treasures team to help us. We got to travel about a cave near Jipang. After much exploration, we find the Orochi. So much so that we have to take it down twice. Made worse is that the queen Pimiko was in fact Orochi. After dealing with that, Jipang is at peace and we obtain the Purple Orb. We then use the Bottomless Pot to enter a cave to get the Ultimate Key. With the Ultimate Key, it makes finding the rest of the Orbs a lot better. For starters, we head back to that abandoned town at night and get our hands on the Green Orb. We return to Lanson and take part in a trial to get the third orb, the Blue Orb. We also get some new info on where we can go next and obtain the fourth Orb, the Red Orb. Only two orbs remain. Little by little, their souls become consumed by memories of those that they know. First was Bartz then Lenna and Faris (as if it's any obvious) but Galuf is unaffected and is able to break the spell. He breaks Siren's hold over the others and a fight ensues. Siren switches between her living and undead forms. If she is in living form, use physical attacks while undead is magic. You may need to switch your strategy if things get rough. Now it's time for us to venture into our next stop, the Second Titan. The second Titan is a Dark/Flying type so you'll need an Electric Pokemon to guarantee serious hits in. A Pokemon like Pawmo works. Rock-type attacks can work too. Once you take it down (twice), you find the second Herba Mystica. With this, Koraidon will gain the ability to Surf. Notice anything? Next will have us tackling Operation Starfall and we take on the first of the five Star Squads, the Seguin Squad. They specialize in Dark types so having Fairy or Fighting and you should do fine. Be sure to train up enough. Before you can even face the boss, you got to go through a gauntlet: taking down 30 Pokemon in 10 minutes or less. If you have the right types, you'll do okay. After that you face the boss and at the end, they'll use a Revavroom. Each leader will have a big ride with a Revavroom on it. You'll need serious damage if you want to make sure it goes down and the fight can be tough. Once it goes down, the battle ends. You also obtain a badge for it. Yes, you even earn badges from doing this. You have 8 gym leaders to face, 5 titans to take down and 5 squads to disband. That totals to 18. How quaint.
