08.04.2024. Ukraine. RUSSIAN STRIKES And Ukienazi/NATO NUCLEAR TERROR
Russian drones and missiles continue pounding Ukrainian military and industrial facilities with daily waves of precision strikes. The Ukrainian air defense can no longer protect strategically important objects that are either near the front line or in the deep rear. Kiev is begging its Western patrons to send more “Patriots”, thereby confirming that the number of destroyed US-made air defense systems has grown.
Since the evening of 7 April, Ukrainian air defense forces have been trying to intercept Russian drones and missiles across the country; but to no avail. Russian strikes were reported in the Dnepropetrovsk and Kiev regions. An oil depot caught fire as a result of an attack in the Zhitomir region. Meanwhile, Russian heavy bombs are pounding the Ukrainian military in the eastern Kharkiv and Sumy regions.
In recent days, the Odessa region has become one of the most targeted areas. Russian strikes hit almost all seaports in the region. Last night was not an exception. The constant attacks thwart supplies of Western ammunition and weapons, as well as the production of naval drones.
One of the recent strikes reportedly destroyed a NASAMS missile system in the port of Ilyichevsk. The system was aimed to secure the loading of unmanned boats on civilian cargo ships for further attacks on Russia; but a precision strike by a Russian Iskander missile destroyed the system as well as the naval boats and Ukrainian servicemen.
Unable to achieve any gains in fair fighting, the Kiev regime is waging a war of terror, including increasing the threat of a nuclear disaster.
In recent weeks, the Ukrainian military resumed attacks on the Zaporizhia Nuclear Power Plant, which is under the Russian control. The deployment of staff of the International Atomic Energy Agency in the station does not stop the Kiev regime.
Over the past day alone, the nuclear power station came under three Ukrainian attacks. As a result, several employees were wounded. One of the UAVs damaged the dome of the 6th power unit, which fortunately was previously put into “cold mode” and was not generating any energy.
Kiev traditionally denied all the attacks on the NPP, blaming the Russian military for provocations. This despite the fact that any damage to the NPP is not beneficial to the Russian side.
The head of the IAEA confirmed the drone strikes, but did not dare to name the culprits, calling on the warring sides to avoid attacks on the nuclear facility.
Russian precision strikes on the Ukrainian military do not stop. On the night of 24 January, Russian UAVs destroyed Ukrainian training military camps in the Zhitomir region and more military facilities in the Poltava region.
More facilities used for accommodation of the military personnel were hit in Mirnograd. As a result of the strikes, military equipment used for the buildup of the defense line near Kurahovo was reportedly destroyed.
More accommodation sites were hit in Kherson, where Ukrainian marines who take part in the operations on the eastern bank of the Dnieper, were destroyed.
Russian missile strikes destroy the plans of the Ukrainian military command to carry out any operations with the military reserves from the rear regions.
Over the past week alone, at least 17 facilities used for accommodation of Ukrainian servicemen and foreign mercenaries were destroyed in the Kharkiv region. For example, the last wave of strikes targeted the temporary accommodation points and manpower in the city of Kharkiv, as well as in Chuguev and Balakleya.
The Ukrainian army is losing forces from the strategic reserve, which was aimed to plug the holes in the defense on the frontlines and to secure the operations of Ukrainian saboteurs on the territory of the Russian border regions.
The defeat of the strategic reserve of the Ukrainian army results in Russian advance in several directions in the region.
At least 35 settlements in the Kharkiv region are already under the Russian control and their number is growing. At the end of last week, Russian forces took control of the village of Krahmalnoe, which allows them to expand the zone of their control south of Kupyansk, secure their control of the strategically important road and push Ukrainian forces towards the Oskol river, where their maneuvers will be complicated and losses will increase.
At the same time, the bad dreams of the Ukrainian command about the Russian offensive across the border in the Kharkiv region may soon come true. On 23 January, Ukrainian units reportedly retreated from the village of Pletnevka located near the Russian border northeast of Kharkiv. Russian artillery has been pounding Ukrainian positions in the area for several days. As a result, Russian troops managed to cross the border and conduct the mop up operation in the area, threatening the Ukrainian grouping in the main Ukrainian border stronghold in Volchansk. Some reports claimed Russian control of the village but some other denied this, saying that the Russian military stepped back across the border.
The operation in the village is unlikely to mark the beginning of another large ground offensive in the Kharkiv region in the coming days, but it clearly demonstrates the weakness of the Ukrainian defense along the border.

The Russian Rybar channel on Telegram released never before seen footage of recent operations by the reconnaissance groups of the Main Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, commonly known by its previous abbreviation GRU, behind Ukrainian front lines.
The operations include a series of deadly ambushes against Kiev forces in the northeastern Ukrainian regions of Chernihiv and Sumy.
Video footage shows Russian reconnaissance groups targeting several military vehicles with assault rifles, rocket-propelled grenades and explosive devices. The dead bodies of several Ukrainian troops who were killed in the ambushes can be seen in the footage.
According to Ryabr, the aim of these ambushes was to collect intelligence. Russian reconnaissance groups seized encoded communication devices, maps and other documents during each ambush.
In one operation, a reconnaissance group blew up a bridge regularly used by Kiev forces to move military equipment. The exact location of the bridge is not known yet.
Rybar’s video provides a rare look at Russian reconnaissance and intelligence operations behind Ukrainian lines. The Russian military keeps such operations under tight wraps. The strict Ukrainian military censorship also prevents the publication of any information about such operations.
While the Russian military has been conducting operations deep into Ukraine since the start of the special operation, the extent of these operations will not likely be known before the conflict is over.

Military Overview: The footage confirmed the first defeat of the FrankenSAM air defense system, which is the Buk complex, adapted for launching RIM-7 Sea Sparrow and AIM-9 Sidewinder missiles of the US production, near the village of Cherkasskaya Lozovaya, Kharkiv region. Ukrainian troops for the first time used the Frankencam hybrid air defense system, which consists of elements of Soviet and Western weapons in early 2024.
Battles are ongoing in the areas of the settlements of Gatyshche, Borisovka, Goptovka, Krasnoe, Pylne, Zelenoe, Strelechye, Kudiyevka, where Russian forces in small groups conduct reconnaissance by combat.
According to Ukrainian military sources, up to 4-5 battalions of the Russian Armed Forces are operating on a front line 10 km wide and 3 km deep. Despite the fact that small forces are involved, the Russian army has significant reserves of the North group for their entry into battle. Most likely, they will be put into battle in the sector of the front where the advanced groups will be able to break through the main line of Ukrainian defense.
In their turn, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are sending reserve units to strengthen the defense in the Kharkiv region. Strengthening is necessary in view of the ongoing losses. The first servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were captured in the Kharkov direction :
From SouthFront:
On 14 December, Russian President Vladimir Putin held an annual large press conference dedicated to summing up the results of the year. The President spoke with the citizens of the country in a direct line format. Of course, much attention was paid to the ongoing special military operation in Ukraine. Kiev could not help but try to commit another provocation amid such an important political event in Russia.
On the night of 14 December, nine Ukrainian drones were shot down over the Russian Moscow and Kaluga regions. Another Kiev attack failed, but did not go unpunished.
Yesterday, military facilities and strategically important infrastructure across Ukraine were subjected to several massive attacks by Russian drones and missiles.
At night, Ukrainian forces in Sinkovka in the Kherson region, as well as Ukrainian ports on the Danube in the Odessa region came under drone strikes. During the attack, one of the Russian UAVs crashed in Romania not far from the Ukrainian port of Reni.
In the afternoon, a new wave of missile strikes hit the Ukrainian military airfield Starokontantinov in the Khmelnitsky region.
Russian strikes were also reported in the area of the Zhuliany airport in Kiev and in the Zhytomyr region. In the evening and at night, another wave of strikes hit targets in the Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv and Khmelnitsky regions, perhaps Starokonstantinov airfield was hit again.
In response, the Ukrainian Air Force replied that they would not report on the results of Russian strikes with Kinzhal missiles. The speaker of the Air Force proudly stated that “the Russians should draw their own conclusions, whether their missiles hit targets or not.” The Russians definitely know where their missiles are hitting, while the Ukrainian Air Force has always lied about intercepting all of them, and their statements have always been refuted by the Ukrainian authorities and reporters themselves. In fact, neither Ukraine nor NATO have the means to effectively intercept Russian Kinzhal missiles. Their reports on the effectiveness of Russian strikes would be nothing but an effective advertisement of Russian weapons.
In its turn, the helpless Ukrainian army struck at the long-suffering city of Mariupol. On the night of 15 December, Ukrainian forces fired three long-range missiles in the direction of the city. Presumably, Storm Shadow missiles were used for the attack. According to official information, a mobile boiler house and a warehouse of building materials were destroyed. Local sources clarified that the strikes targeted the territory of a concrete plant, which is of great importance for the reconstruction of the city.
Unable to win on the battlefield, Kiev is trying its best to prevent Russians from building a new peaceful life in the regions it has lost.

The summer 2023 has ended but the Ukrainian spring counteroffensive is yet to bring any victories on the frontlines. Awaiting for the breakthrough in the Zaporozhie region, Ukrainian assault groups continue operations on the eastern bank of the Dnieper River and on the islands in the Kherson region.
They are attempting to gain a foothold on the Russian territories in order to launch offensives from the western direction and cut off the Russian grouping in the case of success on the Zaporozhie front.
According to unofficial reports from the Kherson frontlines, the Ukrainian military gained another small bridgehead on the Russian eastern bank. Assault forces of the 126th brigade of the Ukrainian Territorial Defense recently landed near the village of Podstepnoe. They reportedly continue equipping a stronghold to the north of the village, where their previous bridgehead was destroyed in mid-August.
Then, the Ukrainian grouping of about 150 servicemen was destroyed, some of whom fled to the western bank, abandoning numerous trophies, including presents from the West.
Russian military sources also reported that Ukrainian forces are now strengthening the grouping on their western bank, likely preparing for the battles for the bridgehead near Podstepnoe and Cossac Laheri. Up to 120 additional servicemen of the Territorial Defense of Ukraine were reportedly deployed near Tokarevka.
The Ukrainian military is also still in control of a small bridgehead near the Antonovsky bridge, where they are hiding in the destroyed village of Dachas. Artillery shelling and strikes with heavy bombs prevented them from expanding their zone of control; but the Russian military is yet to destroy the enemy grouping near the bridge.
After Kiev blew up the Kakhovskaya dam, Russian servicemen were forced to abandon their positions on the islands in the Dnieper delta but in their turn, Ukrainian forces also could not launch operations in the area and establish new strongholds on the islands while under close fire control of the Russian artillery. Numerous Ukrainian boats were destroyed along with their crews there.
Unofficial reports from the front recently claimed that Ukrainian artillery was shelling the island of Nestryga located near the island Borschevoy to the east of the village of Kyzomis which is under Ukrainian control. If confirmed, this means that Russian forces are operating in the area and the large islands of Belogrudy and Malyi Belogrudy are already in the Russian rear.
The ongoing military operations in the Kherson region could not bring any strategic victories until the Ukrainian military advances on the Zaporozhie frontlines. Until the counteroffensive is stuck, any major operations on the eastern bank of the Dnieper are risky and almost senseless.
More fuked-up insanity. It is bad enough for the Russians to be ripping these "Ukrainians" (maybe foreigners) apart, but now their BMP's are running over them during an Evac.
The Russian military spotted a group of Ukrainian servicemen who attempted an evacuation operation on the frontlines. However, the operation failed since the very beginning.
Russian reconnaissance drone filmed Ukrainian infantry fighting vehicle riding over Ukrainian servicemen. After the unlucky group finished evacuation, the vehicle was struck by Russian FPV drone.
The Russian MoD shared footage of the ongoing operations in Avdiivka, where the Russian Army is storming heavily fortified Ukrainian strongholds in the industrial areas. The video above shows an assault operation by the Pyatnashka International Brigade, the famous volunteer formation under the command of Ahra Avidzba.
The attack began with the detonation of 500 kg of a high-explosive shell that was delivered through an underground tunnel under Ukrainian positions and planted near Ukrainian stronghold in advance. The next day, Russian stormtroopers passed through the tunnels and penetrated into the defense of the AFU. The attack was supported by fire from Russian tanks from the flanks and attacks with small FPV drones. This allowed Russian servicemen to approach Ukrainian hideout. Having pounding enemy positions with grenades, Russian group stormed and took control of them. As a result, Ukrainian servicemen who survived the attack flew out of the area and abandoned the wounded.
