Sunshine: Dead Cells - Bass Playthrough By Natalie Jane
This is a Bass play through of an original song released by Dead Cells on an EP called "Tear Down The Heavens" in 2012.
I played Bass for Dead Cells from 2009 - 2012.
This was the opening track; a real rocker - heavily 70’s Rock influenced. The rest of the E.P. varied in styles – Painkiler being an example which I’ve done a Bass playthrough of here:
A playthrough of my original song: "Different Today" by Boudica.
It could be a: "Let's add as many colour filters as possible!" Video - but it's the first time I've tried something like this, so be nice lol!

My Bass Cover of Shake Your Tail Feather by the Blues Brothers - played this live with a function band for over a year and was one of my favourites to play. I do not play it exactly like the Blues Brothers version (Donald Dunn).

First Bass cover on my new Natters Frankenstein JP Bass!
My interpretation of a popular Northern Soul track by Homer Banks called (Ain't That) A Lot of Love.
Released April 1966 in America - a minor hit which influenced the Spencer Davis track Gimme Some Lovin later in 1966.
The song gained popularity later on in the 1970's Northern Soul scene - this was primarily in the Northern working class towns' club circuit.
