Artist Biography: Argentine musician Didi Gutman (leader and founder of Brazilian Girls, producer for Bebel Gilberto, Roy Ayers, and Najwa) and Venezuelan producer Hector Castillo (Gustavo Cerati, Aterciopelados, David Bowie, Lou Reed, Roger Waters, Bjork, Philip Glass) created MASA by chance in New York City during the summer of 2010. The project is a culmination of friendship, mutual admiration, and shared professional experiences (Hector Castillo produced for Brazilian Girls).
The typical elements that characterize and define Gutman as an artist can be found in the music of MASA. Hector Castillo's contribution is seen in the refined and exquisite sensitivity of production. With electronic beats and textures, MASA define modernity, playing with imagery through the use of the Spanish language. MASA is something like a marriage between the Gorillaz and Soda Stereo.
Now they have finished mixing and mastering the recording of their first album, which will be released in 2014. The group has also shot a music video for the album's first single, "Pinos," which features Miho Hatori (Cibo Matto). An English version of the track has also been recorded and will be released as a bonus track on their debut.
So far the band has played in clubs and at cultural events in New York, Buenos Aires, and Madrid. During live performance MASA is joined by guest musicians Shawn Pelton, Jeff Hill, Martin Bruhn, and Chris Mastersons. Once the debut is released, the group may embark on an international tour.

Artist Bio: Ever since I was very young, I grew up in the world of music. I still remember my father jamming with his band in the basement of our New England cul de sac home when I was about six years old. I have always found myself drawn to the artistic aspect of music and creation, citing writers like Edgar Allan Poe as my inspiration even as a child. My fascination stems from expression and outlooks on other people's perspectives. You can only imagine what it's like to be the only young girl in her class to be excited to read about the bubonic plague. Only later after years of singing very loudly to myself in every public bathroom I could, did I realize that singing and vocals went hand in hand with that passion. My first true taste of performing was when I was in the fifth grade talent show, my father had convinced me to audition and I got the grand finally. Though I ran off the stage an anxious mess, I had finally found something that painted color in my otherwise dull life. For a while I put my love for music on the back burner, believing I was not worthy of such an outlet of expression given that I have always been the weird goth chick sitting alone like a wallflower. But it hit me that music is something for everyone. So one day when I was about fifteen I said 'fuck it' and just went for it. Nothing brings me to life like writing for my music, nothing wakes me up and brings me from my lowest points like singing, and I can only hope that someday I will find my home amongst this strange path in life.

The music premiere of I Am the Messenger's "I Thought You Were Going to Mediate" from the Bombworks Records album The War Between.
During the summer of 2005, the Cincinnati based sextet known as I Am The Messenger began piecing together an idea. The idea was one of musical originality; consisting of multiple genres. The idea was one of a stage show that would stick out from the crowd. The idea was one of changing the world through words and attitude; through being the changes that they want to see in the world.
Each member of the band comes from a very different musical background and while the musical elements of the individuals are easy to identify, I Am The Messenger as a whole have captured a unique, consistent sound that they are proud to call their own. The band's defining moments are seen on stage at one of their live shows. With non-stop movement and overpowering crowd participation, the six young men capture the ears, eyes, and hearts of all who witness the artistically constructed chaos that is I Am The Messenger.
I Am The Messenger takes pride in promoting a positive message through their lyrical content and they do their best to live life according to the ideas portrayed in their songs. All in all, the six members of I Am The Messenger have set eyes on a goal and will stop at nothing to get to where they know they belong.

Artist Biography: RAW DEAL are a band which Formed about three years ago after Gilles Rawson and Bret Sinclair met at an open mic night in Battersea, South London. Gilles and Bret hit it off immediately due to their love for Music, Films and Video games. About The Video: We try to impeach the ideas of the religion, which is actually controlling the world somehow, or however you would like to call them, and we try to send a message that you don't need to think or act like how the media or the government tell you, you don't have to be like others, each one is unique, "Be the Best you can be!"
