Today i'm reviewing Astrosaurs new album Fade In Space Out. They're a Norwegian trio that create a fusion of jazz, metal, psychedelia and more. It's definitely something of its own.
INFO: Astrosaur is a band created by Eirik Kråtenes, Steinar Glas and Jonatan Eikum. The band early on decided to keep their music instrumental, since a vocalist would take too much of the attention away from the rest of the music. As a result, their newest album "Fade In // Space Out" offers something unique from all angles. If you happen to be somewhere in Norway right now, you might be able to catch one of their concerts! ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y-KdZLPVQAI

Courtney Barnett and Kurt Vile are two of the most acknowledged
contemporary rock artists out there. Kurt with his slacker-style blend of folk and psychedelia and Courtney with her garage-rock approach meet on the middle on "Lotta Sea Lice" to create something magnificent.

Today i'm reviewing an album by The Bad Plants called Nerve Damage. This record provides a serious dose of punk, rebellion and raw energy that rings good in my ears despite of the lo-fi production.
Okay okay okay....
I made a big mistake in this video. And it's partially my fault. The album is actually pretty new. It was recorded and released last year and NOT in 1982 (as noted on their Bandcamp page). I just wanted to mention this because it was something that felt a bit off when i re-read their bio. So now we know.

INFO: Wavves are a pop-punk, surf-rock band from San Diego, California. They've released series of albums ever since their start in 2008. I highly suggest you check out their album called King Of The Beach. It captures their peak of their creative efforts, and is something i consider a summer classic. Hope you enjoy it!

INFO: Peter Gabriel is probably most well-known for his time as the lead singer of the legendary prog-rock band Genesis. But in 1975, after leaving the group, he also launched a successful solo career and spawned hit singles like «Solsbury Hill» and «Sledgehammer». He’s also the founder of the WOMAD festival, and is known to be an avid human rights activist. In 2010 he was inducted into The Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame together with his band mates in Genesis, and for good reasons. He’s an artist that always wanted to explore and create new realms of music, and ultimately made the world or rock music a whole lot more interesting.
