This change took place just after a dystonia workout session. Splints never got me these kind of results.
Here my ring finger which normally sticks up in the air, especially on the descent of a scale, has calmed down and sort of fallen back to the point where it appears a little dead! It's not! Lol! It's just relearning to inhibit itself.

That's the end of phase 1.
Cutting out the juice at 1pm adding in a walk early morning so that I'll be in fat burning mode for around an hour while in a fasted state. Then I'll start consuming calories at 2pm. Oh, had my last cigarette ? THAT will start to annoy soon! But had to be done.
Things will start to feel more real over the next few days. My body has already started to get into ketosis quicker and I'm waking up in the keto head fuzz.
