The mod pack we are using for this lets play collab is called Mindcrack. In this episode, we get our flow in terms of recording. This is the first episode of our mindcrack (feed the beast) collab series so things may have been a bit rough around the edges. We begin to collect resources and materials to build a house and get a basic set of armor. Becky places quicksand and flowers around our bed. Tyler dies a few times in a dungeon and I have to bail him out by giving him an iron set of armor before heading back in. I go through and collect as much wood and resources as I can, in order to help out the group. The mod pack we are using is called Mindcrack, and we've modified the pack further to include a few other mods as well, such as Mystcraft. Mindcrack is one of the modpacks included and in my opinion, is one of the more diverse mod packs available for feed the beast. War Inc: Battlezone is a competitive "free to play" online shooter that has various game modes and a leveling system. You have your classic red vs blue feel to a shooter but mixed in with some very unique elements. War Inc is among one of the first shooters that actually got me into online shooters and I keep coming back to play more. Various matches can range between 5 minutes to 10, while allowing for various gamemodes that include deathmatch, conquest (similar to a capture the flag), and sabotage. In this Minecraft 1.6 mod tutorial, I'll show you how to install forge which is causing people a lot of problems and issues. Minecraft 1.6.1 introduced a new way for things to interact, but completely removes the bin folder, amongst other things. ★★ Enjoy the video? You'll need a few things, but the most important part will probably be the .json file. FORGE-1.6.1.JSON FILE: ★ http://cl.ly/Q0YR ---- NOTE: Alternatively, you can just drag that file into the folder where you are editing the current json folder. If you haven't done so already, I'd also download Notepad++ which is free. This will be a major help, even outside of minecraft. Steps for the Readers: 1) Open [minecraft]/versions. 2) Duplicate 1.6.1 3) Rename to Forge-1.6.1 4) Open Forge-1.6.1 5) Rename 1.6.1.jar to Forge-1.6.1.jar 6) Rename 1.6.1.json to Forge-1.6.1.json 7) Delete Forge-1.6.1.json and download this file: http://cl.ly/Q0YR.
