I did another 24hr fast this time I broke my fast before training. Felt a little sluggish from the food but started to feel stronger towards the end of the session. 36 days out from Alabama States.

Multi spinner pronation wrist curl on EAC pulley 4x10
Hanging leg raises
Hypertension
Weight crunches
