How To Increase Your Shooting Range In Basketball
Their are a number of different things you can do to increase your your shooting range in basketball. For this video I am going to talk about 3 things you can do that will give you unlimited shooting range on the basketball court.

I don't want to change your shooting form, but the guidance of shooting form that I give will give you the maximum power when shooting a basketball. Lining up your toe, knee, hip, elbow, shoulder, and the hand of the side you shooting on is going to create a one fluid motion, and will allow you to use entire body following all the way through in one motion. Also bending your knees, using your legs a little bit more can have a big affect on increasing your shooting range. A one motion shooter over a two motion shooting is also going to have an advantage for maximum range because it allows you to use your entire body to generate force. Never use your thumb, or do something different in order to increase your range unless it is the mechanics I was talking about. Your body might just not be ready yet, so keep close range until you develop the strength.

The next two things I talk about are going to take a little bit longer to improve, but will be very beneficial when increase long distance shooting range for basketball. But strength is going to be a big cause for the amount of range you have in basketball. Check out my playlist for the best exercises for basketball!

The last one is probably the most important, but you need to work on the other two before working on this one. The amount of power you have throughout you whole body can be a tremendous different for your shooting range. I give you some very specific exercises for increasing your shooting range. They all have similar mechanics of shooting a basketball and will help increase the amount of force you are able to exert.
