Incident One:
On Monday, August 3rd, 2020, I went to UP Grocery Store in Vero Beach (1400 27th St.) to shop as I had done many times over the last couple years.
I got a shopping cart, entered the store, and shopped for twenty minutes.
When I was nearing checkout, I was approached by an employee who said I needed to wear a mask (which I refer to as Face Diapers, because they collect unwanted excretions) in the store.
I replied that I don’t wear face masks for health reasons, and that I am covered under the Americans with Disabilities Act, Title III, from being forced to wear face masks in a Place of Public Accommodation.
She went to get her Supervisor, Annabelle.
Annabelle repeated that I had to wear a face mask in the store because it was a Private Business. I repeated the same law I was covered under and reminded her that UP is a Place of Public Accommodation, as per Federal Law.
She said I wouldn’t be able to check out without a mask.
I agreed to go outside, and they would bring me my items, and I would pay outside.
She called the Vero Beach police, at my request, who showed up quickly.
I asked them to write me up a report that UP was violating my Civil Rights, case number 080320-61.
One of the two officers, Officer Kmetz, was not wearing a mask and couldn’t understand why they were harassing me.
He seemed to agree that Covid was a hoax.
After I got the incident report, I left.

This is a Birthday Present Video created to celebrate Betty Boop's 91st birthday on August 14, 2021.
The soundtrack is Blossom Dearie singing Someone To Watch Over Me.
Ralph watched over her for 40 years until he was taken up to the next realm.
Her four lovely children have been watching over her also their whole lives,
with John taking the lion's share for the last few years.
Keep on Smilin' Mom and we'll keep on watching.
