Stryker vs Motaro - Lamest Way to Win
A fault in the logic that makes Motaro block while a non-projectile special is out. All you have to do is get chip damage on him as long as you don't get hit and just spam the move until the clock runs out. You can combo after each baton throw if you want, and it will either give chip damage or connect.
Sonya and Kitana's teleport work for this, but nothing works as well as Strykers baton throw.

Her aaFart sets up enormous combos off of her "swing" attack because it drags both characters off screen to the right. Then the game tries to compensate by pushing both characters back onto the stage so it negates any pushback that the attacks would be given to the aggressor, leading to 3-4 jump kicks in a row.
The roll would help as a linker but it freezes the character afterward so you can only get a very quick attack against most characters.
Tattoo Assassins fart for the win.

As if the Japanese release isn't weird enough, the sounds have been changed in this version. I don't know very much about obscure Capcom versions but this is one of the weirdest boards I own now.
The sound effects are altered a lot, Chun Li's sound effects come out during some of Zangiefs moves and weird stuff like that. The background music seems to be really crazy and altered as well. But I haven't played this game in forever so who knows.
I'll upload a better video later when I move everything to a better TV.
