“If I hear another American saying: “Ah, Putin is a dictator and the Russians love autocrats, they are ignorant…” The Russians are deep, they are deeper than we are, they think things through in a deep and brooding fashion. And they are good people, they are kind people, they would take the shirt off their back to help you.”
Innovation of Odessa military enlistment offices.
They ride ambulances and catch people for mobilization
A fake ambulance was seen in Odessa, on which employees of the local military enlistment office moved.
This is where the black market Javelins could come handy...
STAY NO MORE: Moscow KICKS OUT Russian-hating Norwegian consulate employee Elisabeth Ellingsen, informing the Norwegian Ambassador in Russia of her ''UNACCEPTABLE'' behavior, DAYS after she was CAUGHT ON TAPE displaying some very undiplomatic behaviour, dropping F-BOMBS and saying "I HATE RUSSIANS."
A B-movie starring Kylie Minogue as a sexy scientist chick (probably the saving grace for that turnip), one of the Baldwin brothers and Pauly Shore as a duo of annoying losers who never miss an occasion to do lame fart jokes and smoke grass, Henry Gibson as the Illinois nazi reconverted into an environmental mogul, and many other B-list actors, to give a kind-of-funny flick based on "Biosphere 2" (also partly filmed on location there), with cliches galore and some lame-ass green-ish conclusion about not polluting the environment. Oh and the Safety Dance !
Needless to say, the movie bombed at the box office, but that's not the point. It's typical turn-of-the-millenium global warming bullshit nihilism with gratuitous pre-SJW jokes, and it may be a pleasant viewing (be prepared to fast-forward on the fart jokes, though).
For the record, Biosphere-2 was a live self-contained ecosystem built into a large sealed off greenhouse, inside which a group of humans, along with animals and vegetal living beings, were supposed to live for an extended period of time, recycling everything even the air they breathed, as a large scale live experiment to test a few hypothesis before building colonies on Mars. The experiment was a success, as it showed that it would have been a mistake to go build a base on Mars without first testing on Earth, because the oxygen levels were dwindling to dangerous levels... they had neglected to take into account the fact that the concrete structure was eating the oxygen away over time. And there were many other issues found out, which was the goal of the experiment after all.
Yevgeniy Pogrebniak received a draft notice and the next day he enlisted to the AFU. The Ukrainian serviceman didn't undergo any medical examination. After a nine-day express course, he was sent to the front line near Velikaya Novosyolovka to replenish losses of a unit.
'We didn't have any armoured hardware and motor vehicles. The servicemen gather money from salaries to buy vehicles to get to the deployment site. Food and water supplies are not delivered. Each serviceman eats supplies he takes with him for seven days,' says the POW.
The AFU serviceman spent three days under fire. During a shift, he found a note written in Russian, where Russian servicemen offered Ukrainian troops to surrender. There was an instruction of how to do that. Yevgeniy didn't think for long and surrendered.
