Workout 9 – Hybrid Chains

What’s Inside This Video:
Today we have a special workout. This is an advanced metabolic circuit. In this workout you’re going to perform hybrid-based movements. For example, a squat with a side raise, then a squat with a front raise, third is a bent-over row with a bent over fly and finishing with a chest press.

These movements are back-to-back. There are four of them. You’ll do one set for a minute, another set for another minute and so on. Once done, you’ll repeat. This is a great muscle-building workout, but as always, be safe.

Equipment needed: 1 set of moderately heavy dumbbells, Bench, stopwatch or phone to time yourself
