New Water for a Thirsty World - Michael Salzman Science Foundation Press (January 1, 1960) This book came out in the 1960's but was bought up and destroyed. The information about primary water is so important that everyone should have a copy. Primary water is plentiful in all areas of the world and its estimated there is 5 times the amount of primary water under the surface than in all the world's oceans!. It is not dependent on the weather because is formed in the earth's mantle and travels up toward the surface under pressure where it can be accessed by drilling in faults or fissures.
