I recently re-watched the Digimon movie from 2000, which I feel gets a lot of unfair criticism. It is such a nostalgic movie with a great soundtrack that I look back on fondly. Because of the success of the first Pokemon movie, Fox decided to take the first three Digimon OVAs, and combine them into a feature length film. "Digimon Adventure" and "Digimon Adventure: Children's War Game!" were largely left alone through the editing process. However, "Digimon Adventure 02: Digimon Hurricane Landing!! / Transcendent Evolution!! The Golden Digimentals" was initially an hour and ten minute OVA that was cut down to thirty minutes in order to fit the story that the movie was trying to tell. I definitely recommend watching that one with the Japanese subtitles because it has a really great story. Anyway, if anyone watched this video, please let me know if you would like to see other movie reviews in the future. Sharing my thoughts on the first four episodes of the new hit anime series, My Dress-Up Darling. This is a cute slice of life series about a girl named Marin Kitagawa who is into cosplay, and Wakana Gojo who is a loner type that befriends Marin because of their mutual hobbies. I know that not everyone is interested in slice of life and romance, but I have really been enjoying this series and wanted to put this out there.
