I was on a 70 Player server if you notice bottom right of the fps difference it is because I am using Audio MaxChannel at 96 instead of default 128, this is a work around for AMD CPU performance for the meantime. Differs during Winter and Summer. The Noctua Fans make no difference in Temps just to lower the noise level for me.
