SGT. Brown pleads his department passed, as he fails?
The 1st, 10 mins is the engagement with SGT. Brown... The last 20 mins is the full audit of the public safety facility in Placerville, CA from start to finish. The facility passed until, I was leaving... That’s when I meet good ol’ SGT Brown.
El dorado County Sheriff's, in my auditing experience for the most part are great men and women that uphold their oath to the constitution. & SGT Brown was nice on the surface, but was he pushing the limit?
You guys decide whether this was a pass or fail... Leave your thoughts in the comments. Thanks!
In this video, it went crazy quick while doing a 1st Amendment Audit on Placerville PD dealing with a call at Family Services. (The workers of Family Services are the 3 Karens.)
Normally when I audit the Placerville PD, they become Non-videos or Passes which are boring. Today however, these Karen's (Family Service Workers) wanted to become YouTube stars, "protecting" a kid that just wanted to get away from them and go home to his Mom! This is the sad reality of our current system, taking kids from parents that in a lot of instances shouldn't have lost them and all they really need is to be together.
I've seen people lose their children over some pretty dumb stuff and
people will try justifying it but there are very few circumstances that a family unit should be deprived from one another.
Especially when the kids and the parents agree that they want to be together.
I am not claiming that this boy's Parents are capable of having him,
I know nothing of the facts in his case just happened to document a harsh reality today, and didn't really even realize it until I watched the video myself.
Hearing/ deciphering what he's saying in the background.
It's Heart Breaking.
Lastly, after the encounter I was able to meet up with all 4 officers that were on scene. I had to inform Officer Brown that he was wrong for telling me to stay on the sidewalk...
So, stay to the end ALOT happens!
Enjoy.

Link to Part 1: Sheriff's get countdown to leave private rd.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m4jkFr-2tpg&t=362s
This was unexpected as I was just chilling at home waiting for fam to get there, when they arrived me wife runs in to tell me the sheriff's were harassing someone at the gas station around the corner. So, we booked it over there. Since we got there late and the sheriff's were just taking off but parked on our private rd we had to boot them, (see part 1 for that situation.) After booting them we decided what the heck, we're already out here so let us see if we can find them going to their next call...We did find them but, Apparently, it wasn't a busy night because we spent almost an hour playing tag with them. Until they finally sandwiched us in to pull us over!
Check out how it all went down.
I have to say it was one of the most exciting times I've ever had auditing, because my family was with me, making it A GREAT TIME!
Plus it's really cool seeing just how hard getting an audit can be...

There is a lot to this video...
You'll have to watch it to the end.
You will see that one auditor in a small town, can make a difference in the way a department treats persons with a camera... (especially one that has failed many times.)
More than that, this video has all the elements to what's coming in;
"season 2" of FZingCrazyAuditor!
(Hold on tight!)

This is an update on my ticket for having a GoPro on my helmet...
It also ended up becoming a 1st amendment audit, because while I was waiting for them to bring me out a complaint and record request form a gentleman came up and asked me to stick around to film his interaction with the officers. The day before he had come in and they harassed and threatened him for doing the exact same thing that your going to see him do in this video (Try to get his 1 1/2 - 2 lbs of weed they confiscated.)
The outcome is actually pretty entertaining if you ask me, here's how it goes down!

I was leaving McD's after a few hours of auditing and ready to go home when I seen someone screeching through the parking lot.
He was denied entry immediately for no mask (Hella pissed off) So I followed assuming he was trouble and ready to make his YouTube debut.
Long behold Eldorado County Sheriff's were already after him!
He didn't commit a crime, was just having a bad day and driving erratically all over town. Lol
***I am claiming the only reason he didn't get a ticket for driving as erratically as he was is because the camera was there from start to finish!
****For the true bootlickers that say he could have endangered someone...
Blame the sheriff's for letting him go, but the fact is unless a crime is committed LEO have no authority over you, but LEO only seem to remember that when the camera is rolling and you will see how pissed they are that I am there filming but they can't do shit about it!
(For the Tyrant Tit Suckers:
Filming Officers is a 1st Amendment protected activity so, GET THE F* OVER IT!!)
1st Deputy (Engaging Deputy with Suspect)= Passed audit, never engages or put his hand on his gun and acted very casual through the entire encounter.
2nd Deputy Sorey #1482 = FAIL!!!...
He was very unprofessional, had his hand on his firearm because I was filming (Apparently a threat nowadays) and even after engaging with me decided to just drive away ignoring my request to obtain his name and badge number. FAIL!
P.S. If you don't like my style, Good for you.

FAIL - Deputy Fulton of El Dorado County Sheriff's needs more sensitivity training and civilian rights education!
His hand was on his gun the entire time even after establishing I was only exercising my 1st amendment...
FULTON, if you are that afraid,
you shouldn't be in law enforcement...
Disclaimer:
I am not out to make cops look bad, in fact I truly appreciate the service they provide. When provided correctly, and all the time!
I just shine the light on the ones that prove they need
to be educated and kicked off their high horse.
