30 Day Challenge | 200 Pushups for 30 days | Update & Workout Routine
Hey, I'm pretty excited to follow this workout routine. I'm a little late but whatever. 30 days of morning home workout and then we'll evaluate results. Calesthenics much? The idea isn't to do a crazy workout routine but to have a minimum routine in everyday life. A little baby step to a healthy life maybe:
The best and worst of Punjab is a little film that i made on a work trip to Amritsar. Amritsar is one of my favorites cities, the chaos, the authenticity, the spices, and the purity. I could not ask for more.
If you haven't visited the golden temple, i beg you please do!
I just had a few hours to experience this huge & packed city, couldn't have the amritsari kulcha and chole oh god. THE FOOD OF AMRITSAR!
