Hey, I'm pretty excited to follow this workout routine. I'm a little late but whatever. 30 days of morning home workout and then we'll evaluate results. Calesthenics much?
The idea isn't to do a crazy workout routine but to have a minimum routine in everyday life. A little baby step to a healthy life maybe:
