Day 14. In this episode we put the remaining 29 quail eggs into LOCKDOWN! Sounds all tactical, but all it really means is we take them out of their egg turners, lay them flat on the bottom of the incubator and raise the humidity.
Here is another quail video. I sort of stopped keeping track of the season/episode, but this is probably around Season 2 Episode 3ish.
Moved the ~35 four week old quail from the brooders into the dome. Of these 4 of them are Rosetta or Tibetan. So that brings the total to about 40 ish.

How to make tick tubes using dryer lint and toilet paper tubes. Links to products used in this video are below.
Over the winter save up your toilet paper tubes and dryer lint, then make these in the spring and place them around your yard. By using permethrin in this way it is specifically targeted at ticks so the impact on other beneficial insects will be significantly reduced.
36.8% Permethrin: http://amzn.to/2qycmSe
If you dont have dryer lint you can use cotton balls: http://amzn.to/2rFQmc9

In this video I give a quick overview on how to build a small retaining wall out of pressure treated 4x4s. I mostly buried the first board, and used the structural screws (linked below) to fasten the boards together. In hindsight I probably would have gone with a bit longer screws.
