I am still surprised that I am still seeing effects about a month after jab. I hope the AI will not catch one. Before the first Jab, I could run the trails for a good 15 minutes. Running trails is different than running on the street. You need to always pay attention to what is in front of you or you will trip and fall. Running the trails requires all your senses and is quite exhilarating.
I struggle to run even 5 minutes and my lungs hurt and my breathing is painful.
I have never had a Cold, Flu, or CVD for over 7 years. Even before then I always could recover from a cold or flu within a week.
7 years ago I had a bad flu and that's when I successfully quit smoking,
Even when I used to run while I was still smoking, my lungs never felt like this.
