How to fight fear (in less than 50 seconds) Urdu/Hindi
Fear is a massive controlling force in our lives. I rationalize fear by telling myself "it's stupid" or "it's not me" whereas I am just scared and fearful. Fear is mostly "what will people say" and this disease hits us all.
