What a great chat! Here are a few things we touched on!
➡ Routines kick ass. Routines facilitate the ability to consistently do something. Map out an ideal day, see where all your health activities fit in, and visualize this happening.
➡ You don't have to have a ton of variety, especially starting out. Eating the same thing for breakfast and/or lunch most days is not a bad thing! It simplifies your nutrition. And if you eat the right things, it gives you consistent results. You don't have to have a ton of variety, but you can. As long as variety doesn't become the enemy to doing the right thing. Many of us look for variety in our evening dinner meals.
➡ Fitness is going to give you the shape that you want. Real food nutrition is going to help you lose the fat! Fitness is going to tell your body how and where to distribute nutrients for healing, muscle repair, and muscle building. Real food nutrition is going to tech your body how to make energy.
➡ Use how you want to look, feel, and perform tomorrow as your leverage for doing better today.
➡ Anytime you eat one thing you displace your ability to eat something else - you can only eat so much in a day! Choose your foods wisely!
➡ Within the context of a program that you like, don't get complacent. Experiment all the time! Change your amounts, timings, and specific foods to fine tune and keep things interesting.

you can increase this recipe with proportions per banana!
the most brutally-simple banana yolkerole:
• 1 banana
• 2-3 egg yolks
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 tsp salt
• butter or ghee to grease dish
slightly enhanced but still brutally-simple:
• 1 banana
• 2-3 egg yolks

• 1 tsp coconut sugar (optional)
• chocolate chips

do it:
• preheat oven to 350.
• grease a baking dish.
• mix ingredients with a hand mixer.
