Hey Everyone,

So this video is the food that I in on my day off living with Multiple Sclerosis -- I'm not massively healthy, however, I do try and make sure my meals are nutritious to some degree.

I also adamant that my meals are Quick & Simple that take no more than 20 mins to make -- I meal plan and prep ingredients in advance so I don't have to do much on the day.
