Halo, various levels and difficulties. My 25th 'freakiness and fun' compilation shows 17 freaky or amusing incidents, most of which occurred while recording footage for my usual movies - so you may recognize some of the situations.
Halo, level 5 ('Assault on the Control Room') on Heroic. Recently I learnt of 'Banshee teleporting', a remarkable business which speed runners have been using but which could have other uses too. Here's my version of Burnt Scythe's amazingly long 'tunnel teleport'. His recent tutorial outlined a range of melee options to try, but ultimately I've gone with a different first aim which I prefer, and which allows a fairly nice second aim. How well does it work? Measured from a post-dismount checkpoint and not trying to do it fast, I get around 90% success rate whether aiming with a pistol or sniper rifle. Maybe you can do even better on PC. Burnt Scythe reckoned the teleport could save a few seconds. My own interest wasn't in speed running though. It's just such an amusing and spectacular thing to do, which I'd hitherto been unaware of. It's not hard either. Give it a go!

Halo, level 9 ('Keyes') on Normal. This shows a play of the Flood onslaught challenge using only an assault rifle (no grenades - which makes all the difference). As mentioned in my article where I refer to it as the 'AR challenge', this is actually harder than surviving on Legendary with no weapon restrictions. In this play I manage to survive with perfect health.

Halo, level 2 ('Halo') on Heroic. This shows three plays of a rockslide megabattle save featuring 34 covies, using the inner rise defence plan. Stacker provides chain-gun support, and Johnson's along for the ride too. I do a lot of needling but also use plasma weapons and a pistol.

Halo, level 5 ('Assault on the Control Room') on Normal. Your tower zone megabattle set-up can include an active Wraith if you like. Extra noise and danger! In this movie I show a few bits of the set-up work, then there are three plays, all of which include some amusing friendly fire from the Wraith. I'm armed with plasma weapons, for some tough up-close combat.

Halo, level 5 ('Assault on the Control Room') on Heroic. Using the same spiral path megabattle save as in the previous movie (featuring 53 covies), I employ two battle plans which both involve a bit of altitude. First a high position defence with sniper rifle and rocket launcher, then a Banshee defence.

Halo, level 5 ('Assault on the Control Room') on Normal. In this third instalment of rear mob action I explore the offensive use of a novel perching area some way above the door. I used this place once before with a different mob in BCM463 and it again provides good sport. Especially when I take a rocket launcher with me!

Halo, level 9 ('Keyes') on Normal. Relating to the 'Keyes hangar battle' in which covies and Flood spawn repeatedly, this illustrates the door ambush plan using a shotgun. I tackle it in three ways. First with extreme prejudice, trying to blast the covies mostly point-blank. Then I target the Elites only, from the nook of the door (which actually takes a bit of practice). And finally I have some fun tagging a lot of Grunts.
