My best training session with 12's on Seal Row thus far. The weight is heavier than it has been and I missed bench contact on zero of my reps. Honestly, the Cable Pulldown is the hardest part of my back day workouts at the moment. Setting 19 is a little heavy for 12's but I can just barely make it work. I wanted to keep the weight as heavy as possible on vertical row so that I can achieve my 400 pound pull up once this program is over.
