Whenuapai Air Base - 20 May 2020 - Revisit - Cpl Matt Thomas knows his boundaries Skipper!
Well as you all may know, my friend was unlawfully detained and searched by Sgt Skipper of NZDF Military Police while on a public footpath recording the bomb threat that happened this time last year, then
i spent 2 months back and forth with NZ Police, to have his 2 work knives, which were unlawfully seized by Sgt Skipper, returned to my home, acting as an authority for my friend, in this matter, which NZP did., then
In October 2019, ironically, after filing a complaint with NZDF, we were escorted at night time, onto Whenuapai Air Base (like i said the irony), to have an over 2 hr interview with 2 detectives that had flown up from Wellington to investigate the complaint, then
just after new years, i was contacted by Sgt Dan ****, one of the investigators, stating they had FINALLY finished interviewing all personal involved that night, and their report will be passed to Sgt Skipper's Commanding Officer, for his final decision, and Still....
No Completion and the complaint was made almost a year ago..
It would appear however that Cpl Matt Thomas, who chose to come talk to someone who has been treated unlawfully in the past by NZDF MP, is NOW aware of his Boundaries and Jurisdiction, No belittlement, No LIES, no Bullshit, Just instantly on the back foot, and i reckon, wish he had never stopped to ASK, my mate anything, clearly though the FEAR of the COVID scamdemic is still strong with the military, i have hope in the future that their own shadows, or LAWFUL ACTIVITY, will not induce such irrational actions nor breach any person's right further, in the future.
Well done to Matt, for not breaching my friends rights, perhaps you will diminish your fear in time, or lawful activity, OH!... heads up Matt, we will be back, and MOST VEHICLES have ANTENNAE!

As promised, here is the video from 26 May 2021, when John and others attended to complete a court order and recollect/video the retrieval of Johns Property, a Mercedes S350L 2008 for the S.O.A. Remuera property.
The S.O.A chose to not release the vehicle at first, eventually Police were called, and to their credit, acted professionally.
