Back in MR3, the deck strategy was to destroy your odd-eyes cards to the extra deck to flood them out to make plays due to the link era restrictions, odd-eyes are not able to make first turn boards as they use to. The deck is centered around making a good enough board to survive the next turn so you can OTK your opponent next turn. Vortex helps negate and remove threatening monsters upon summon and the Endymion package helps set up decent first turn boards. Tried to make it as pure as I could, without resorting to needle fiber, or the synchro climb and the likes.
