In this session we play The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. We play from the santuary save point until after the first dungeon, the Eastern Palace, where we obtain the bow and an additional heart piece. Prior to this we obtain the first two magic bottles in the town along with a nice cache of rupees. We also collect some secret heart pieces and some bombs along the way. In addition we also discover the ice rod, which is a critical item to defeat the game later on.
