Like everything else in Hacker, the filename display is addon-centric. The default display of the open file will abbreviate starting at the name of the addon it's detected to be a part of (unless it is to long in which case the file path will be abbreviated further). The color is also recessed to be less distracting. You may notice the editor select button missing. This can be re-enabled in Hacker's options if desired. You can also disable Hacker headers per workspace in the Hacker options for areas you want left as default. Just press the blank tab to the far left if you want to switch back to seeing the entire file path.

Blender has a lot of awesome nodes for creating procedurally generated materials, but if you don't understand the different surfaces those nodes manipulate then you might end up with a huge mess of a material! So before going all crazy with texture nodes, let's see how far we can get by just adjusting the settings found within Blender's main material workhorse node, the Principled BSDF Node. This video features a really cool Blender file to help you learn and experiment with the Principled BSDF Node. You can download it for free from blendersensei.com (link below).
