Twenty One Gms A series of murders takes place in a city within a span of few weeks. Nanda Kishore (Anoop Menon), the DYSP of Crime Branch is tasked with the investigation. Anjali found some incriminating evidence against her hospital Managing Director, John Samuel and tried to leak it to an independent reporter. Knowing this, John arranged her death. Incriminating evidence later found by Kishore uncovers unethical and unauthorized pharmaceutical trials conducted on healthy patients in John's hospital. Kishore's daughter was one of the victim of these medical trials and he was recovering from her death.
