The first collaboration between Wes Moast and Baked Salmon. It is interesting to see the genesis of the Dag-nabbit Duo. Number 1 was a little rough around the edges, but it was a decent start. Number 2 showed some real improvements. Number 3 is the real gem, I believe.
We haven't done one since, sadly. But, I think it may happen, one day.

This is a reading of chapters 2 and 3 from the novel, 'Lorne', written by Nathaniel Trevor in 2015. I did not know Nathaniel. He was before my time. However, I think it is important for the TCAP community that this book is not forgotten about. It is everything that the community stands for: Goofing on predators, especially Lorne, in an extremely ridiculous way.
This will not be for everyone, although, as Nathaniel states, it could be. One need only take the simplest glimpse into who Lorne was, and is, and see if there is something funny enough to be convinced to hang around. It happened to every one of us TCAPists, after all.

This is the second in a series I intend to do where we take tired, old jokes and give them a refreshing TCAP makeover. I welcome everyone to send me their favorite jokes for me to rework. You can send them to bakeline2020 at gmail.com

Lorne's ridiculous journey from pretending to be Kayla's online protector, to showing up to bring her back to Nashville one month later, is a wonderous look at a human behaving badly. One of the story arcs introduced by the decoy is that of the young girl's encounter with her ex-boyfriend, Derek.
Lorne was so freaking jealous to learn that Kayla's ex-boyfriend had tried to put his arm around her at a party. This grown ass fool was jealous of his imaginary teenage girlfriend's imaginary ex-boyfriend. It brings me great pleasure to try and see what Lorne must have seen in his mind. Derek would be handsome, young, rich, young, talented, young, and not bald, for starters.
In this video, I interview the Ex-Boyfriend in question. We see that he is everything Lorne is not. If he were real, and Kayla, too, Lorne would have every reason to be worried. Derek would win Kayla back from Lorne in a heartbeat. Lorne would be left sobbing in his filthy apartment.
The Lornogrphy. Its why millions around the world no longer have to feel like the stupidest person ever. Lorne has taken that role, forever.
